Act as liaison between business and technology teams to ensure clear communication and project execution.
Define testing objectives and coordinate with testing teams; work in both on-shore and off-shore modes, covering trade lifecycle and related financial products.
Minimum Requirements
In-depth knowledge of FRTB SA and SA-CVA rules for the US; experience implementing or reviewing these rules, even in other jurisdictions, highly preferred.
Mandatory coding skills in Python/Python Notebook for independent implementation.
Experience with Agile methodology and related tools required.
Domain experience in at least one key area: Trade Lifecycle, SDLC, Trade Processing, Regulatory Reporting, Collateral Management, or Derivatives Operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in bridging business and technology teams in financial services domain, particularly related to regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical skills with ability to anticipate issues and plan stakeholder sessions effectively.
Proficient in process development, data analysis, and root cause problem solving within financial regulatory or risk environments.
