Minimum Requirements
In-depth knowledge of FRTB SA and SA-CVA rules specific to the US or demonstrated implementation experience in other jurisdictions.
Proficient coding skills in Python or Python notebook for independent implementation tasks.
Mandatory experience with Agile methodology and process change within financial services domain.
Domain experience in at least one area: Trade Lifecycle, SDLC, Trade Processing, Regulatory Reporting, Collateral Management, or Derivatives Operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in implementing or reviewing FRTB frameworks with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services.
Comfortable bridging business and technology teams, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Operates effectively in globally distributed teams, balancing on-shore and off-shore collaboration.
