Senior Staff Engineer (Qualtrics Survey Operations Specialist)

Build, configure, and maintain complex surveys using Qualtrics, including managing multilingual surveys and translations.

Perform detailed functional, UX, workflow, and logic testing; troubleshoot and resolve survey configuration and production issues.

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to translate business requirements into survey configurations and ensure survey governance and quality standards.

7.5+ years of professional experience with strong hands-on expertise in Qualtrics survey platform and operations.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience with complex survey logic: branching, display logic, skip logic, embedded data, and validation rules.

Experience managing multilingual surveys and translation updates.

Experienced in managing end-to-end survey operations independently as a hands-on individual contributor.

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with attention to detail focused on survey quality and production readiness.

Skilled at collaborating with global stakeholders across business, research, marketing, and technology functions to meet complex requirements.
