Minimum Requirements
5+ years of Software Engineering experience (via work experience, training, military experience, or education).
5+ years of Unix or Linux administration experience.
Prior experience driving SRE discipline/adoption across a portfolio.
5+ years working with configuration, CI/CD, and automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Gitlab, Artifactory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of influencing and mentoring teams in SRE and AIOps practices at scale within large enterprises.
Strong background in cloud-native architectures, multi-cloud ecosystems, and integrating AI/ML for operational improvements.
Proven ability to drive adoption of monitoring/observability tools and automation frameworks in complex technology environments involving CI/CD and distributed services.
