Senior Manager, Enabling Services Agile Sourcing

Lead end-to-end implementation of complex sourcing and contracting projects, focusing on Agile Sourcing in Enabling Services categories such as IT, Corporate, and Professional Services.

Manage a team responsible for procurement and analytics activities, ensuring successful project execution aligned with procurement category strategies.

Drive identification and implementation of supply optimization opportunities for speed-to-market, innovation, risk mitigation, cost advantage, and lifecycle management globally.

B.S./B.A. degree required; advanced degrees (JD, MBA, MS) preferred.

Minimum 8 years of work experience with at least 5 years in procurement categories including IT, Consulting, Financial, Corporate, or HR Services.

Strong expertise in contracting complex agreements (e.g., Master Services Agreement) and experience in RFx processes, supplier sourcing, and contract negotiations.

Proficiency with procurement technologies (Ariba, Icertis) and strong understanding of data analytics, category management, and strategic sourcing processes.

Experienced leader capable of managing multiple teams and projects across global geographies in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Demonstrated ability to partner with senior internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, providing strategic insights and overcoming barriers to execution.

Strong contracting and procurement acumen, with a data-driven mindset and experience driving continuous process improvements within enabling services and associated categories.
