Own end-to-end fixed assets accounting process in SAP, including asset capitalization, transfers, disposals, depreciation runs, and reconciliations.
Lead month-end and year-end close activities related to fixed assets, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls (SOX).
Drive process improvements and automation in fixed assets management; act as key liaison with cross-functional teams and mentor team members.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA, MCom CA(IPCC), or CMA(Inter) is specified.
5–7 years of experience in fixed assets accounting or general ledger.
Proficiency in SAP, especially the Asset Accounting module; strong Excel skills; experience with Blackline is a plus.
Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP accounting principles and compliance with internal controls/SOX is required.

Experienced in managing fixed assets lifecycle with expertise in SAP Asset Accounting and financial close processes.
Demonstrates ownership of accounting operations with ability to lead and mentor teams in a process-driven environment.
