Minimum Requirements
12+ years overall experience with at least 8+ years in Quality, Audit, Risk, Compliance, or Operational Excellence.
Proven people leadership experience managing and coaching teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and quality reporting tools.
Work location requires in-office presence at least 3 days a week (hybrid work model).

Skilled in conducting quality reviews, calibrations, and driving performance improvements through data and collaboration.
Able to engage cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Training, and Leadership to influence quality initiatives and continuous improvement.
