Own data validation, documentation, and quality assurance for MDM Customer 360 / Reference 360 data flows into downstream systems (APIs, batch pipelines, Snowflake, reporting).
Support reconciliation of MDM data used in financial and regulatory reporting, tracking discrepancies and assisting in resolution.
Assist requirements gathering, test execution (UAT), and defect logging to ensure data accuracy and completeness in agile delivery context.
Minimum Requirements
Intermediate SQL skills for data validation and querying datasets.
Familiarity with APIs (REST/JSON), Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field with 7-10 years’ experience.
Work Experience Required: 7-10 years (preferred), preferably with exposure to banking or financial services data environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in data validation, reconciliation, and requirements documentation within MDM or enterprise data management contexts.
Strong attention to detail with ability to analyze and document complex data flows and discrepancies.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced Agile environment supporting cross-functional teams and senior leads in a hybrid setting.
