Lead a small machine learning team focusing on NLP, Deep Learning, and production-grade AI deployments.
Develop and deploy GenAI solutions including LLM tuning, evaluation, AI agents, workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
Own end-to-end data science projects using Python, PyTorch, SparkML, LangGraph/LangChain, and manage cloud infrastructure primarily on GCP.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of professional experience with at least 3 years in leading a small ML team.
Strong experience with NLP, Deep Learning, and production-grade deployment of models.
Proficient with GenAI tools such as LLM tuning, evaluation, guardrails, AI agents, workflows, and RAG pipelines.
Hybrid work model requiring in-person presence at the office a minimum of two days per week; experience with Python, PyTorch, SparkML, LangGraph/LangChain, relational and vector databases, and GCP cloud platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with a background in credit, fintech, or consulting domains and managing analytics teams.
Technically adept in advanced AI/ML technologies, specifically GenAI toolkits and large language model applications.
Capable of integrating cloud technologies (GCP) and modern ML tool stacks to drive innovation and production deployment.
