APAC - Payroll Specialist

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple APAC countries including Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam with monthly, quarterly, and yearly cycles.

Ensure compliance with statutory payments, filings, and financial controls including SOX at the local country level.

Handle vendor management for outsourced payroll services, including performance tracking, issue escalation, and SLA meetings.

3-5 years of demonstrated payroll processing experience.

Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and processes across multiple APAC countries.

Experience using payroll systems for at least 3 years, including handling expatriates’ shadow payroll.

Bachelor's or master's degree in commerce.

Experienced in managing payroll in a shared service center environment across multiple countries in APAC.

Skilled in stakeholder engagement and vendor management in a complex outsourced payroll setup.

Demonstrated ability to improve payroll processes and ensure operational controls in a regulated environment.
