Procurement Associate

Deliver Source to Contract services for multiple indirect spend categories across regions, covering sourcing, negotiation, contract execution, and supplier lifecycle management.

Partner with category and local teams to execute sourcing and contracting projects aligned to procurement strategies, ensuring savings, risk management, quality, service, and innovation targets are met.

Ensure compliance with GSK procurement policies, processes, and methodologies while supporting procurement core operations and continuous improvement.

0-3 years of relevant experience in procurement or related field.

Basic understanding or strong interest in procurement processes including strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier management.

Familiarity with procurement tools like Ariba, Fair Markit, Ironclad, or equivalent is advantageous but not mandatory.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and good communication skills.

Early-career professional aiming to develop skills in procurement sourcing, negotiation, and contract management within a structured global procurement environment.

Comfortable working collaboratively across global and local teams, managing complex supplier transactions with awareness of risk, compliance and regulatory factors.

Adaptable to digital tools and open to leveraging AI and other technologies for procurement efficiencies.
