Minimum Requirements

10+ years overall in Software Engineering, Technical Leadership, Project Delivery, or Program Management with at least 3 years in Delivery/Program Management or equivalent roles.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale software, cloud, data, analytics, or AI programs in consulting or professional services environments.
No visa sponsorship available; must have work authorization in India or relevant location.

Started career in hands-on technical roles (Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Solution Architect) before progressing into Delivery/Agile leadership, showing strong technical and delivery integration.
Experienced in managing distributed cross-functional teams and complex transformation initiatives involving cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and AI/ML technologies.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience leading customer engagements, supporting account growth, and driving Agile maturity in consulting or professional services settings.
