Engineering Manager

Lead and grow a medium-sized engineering team focused on backend development for Smartsheet's Forms feature, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and scalable systems.

Own roadmap creation, prioritization, and on-time delivery of projects by partnering with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Drive operational excellence including system reliability, availability, performance, and lead incident response and post-incident learning.

2-3+ years managing engineering teams with experience coaching and mentoring engineers across levels.

Strong technical background in backend development, architecture, and system design; hands-on expertise in Java preferred.
