Financial Planning & Analysis- Analyst

Own end-to-end financial processes including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for Core Engineering Solutions & Architecture within Product, Experience & Technology.

Deliver monthly and ad-hoc insightful financial and headcount reports, managing requisitions and vendor relations, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Design and enhance reporting dashboards and automation tools, prepare senior management presentations, and provide strategic analyses to support financial decision-making.

Qualified Chartered Accountant, CFA, or MBA (Finance) with 2+ years post-qualification experience in financial analysis.

Experience partnering with senior management in Finance or Business Management roles, delivering clear financial insights and recommendations.

Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Essbase and SAP is preferable; experience with visualization tools like Tableau preferred.

Work timing includes late shifts (2:00pm to 11:00pm) with possible changes during budget and project periods.

Analyst comfortable working autonomously and collaborating across finance and technology teams supporting senior leaders in a high-impact tech environment.

Detail-oriented professional skilled in managing multiple financial processes and reporting deadlines accurately and timely.

Experienced in integrating finance with data analytics and visualization to drive automation and improved reporting efficiencies.
