About This Role
- Own the creation and delivery of integrated productivity and financial reporting packages for multiple internal teams and senior leadership.
- Design and implement automated monthly reporting solutions collaborating with Finance Data Product team to enhance accuracy and scalability.
- Lead alignment on productivity goals, track OKRs/KPIs, and communicate progress and insights to CFO and other executives.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant, CFA, MBA (Finance), or similar with 2+ years post-qualification experience.
- Mandatory skills: Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Essbase; ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders.
- Experience with financial planning, analysis, and executive-level reporting involving productivity and operational metrics.
- Work Experience Required: 2+ years post-qualification professional experience in finance or related role.

- Experienced in cross-team collaboration and managing reporting for complex organizations involving COO, CFO, Data & Analytics, and Product teams.
- Proven ability to drive strategic financial objectives through automation and innovative reporting solutions.
