Chief of Staff - Founder's Office

Drive and execute 2–3 high-impact cross-functional projects from start to finish, focusing on measurable outcomes.

Own the company’s operating cadence including weekly leadership meetings, monthly reviews, and quarterly planning, ensuring decisions lead to action.

Build and improve core operational systems covering goals, hiring, performance, and metrics; manage and grow a small operations team.

Minimum 7 years professional work experience.

Experience working in a startup environment with high ambiguity and no established processes.

Minimum 1 year of direct people management experience including hiring and firing decisions.

Comfortable working closely with multiple functions daily (engineering, sales, operations).

Experience in Strategy, Business Operations, or Founder’s Office roles, ideally within US SaaS or AI startups selling to US customers.

Proven track record of building operational functions or processes from scratch that others still run.

Demonstrated ability to work closely with CEOs or founders, making decisions on their behalf and challenging leadership with data-driven insights.
