Provide managed networking services to maintain and ensure operational IT infrastructure for clients.
Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems using ITSM tools and processes.
Execute maintenance activities including patching, configuration changes, and contribute to disaster recovery and project support as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computing, or equivalent experience.
Basic understanding of networking technologies: Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, ASr and ISr routers, Cisco ACS, ISE, Meraki switches, and routing protocols BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
Experience level: Entry-level / Networking Managed Services Engineer (L1).
Workplace type: Hybrid working.

Disciplined in handling ITSM tickets with ability to resolve many incidents using knowledge articles and SOPs.
Strong planning skills and ability to adapt to changing environments and client needs.
