Lead implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions, including customization of workflows, data models, and business rules.
Collaborate with business teams, architects, consultants, and vendors to define and enforce data governance policies and standard procedures aligned with enterprise needs.
Develop and maintain integrations, scripts for data loading, and provide technical support including root cause analysis, code reviews, and DevOps collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of experience in SAP MDG configuration and implementation, preferably in Customer, Vendor, Materials, and/or Finance domains.
Strong programming skills in ABAP, Java, or Python and familiar with system interfaces (e.g., IDOC, ALE, DRF) and data integration methods (ETL, APIs).
Experience with data modeling, data governance principles, and deployment of Master Data Governance solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to translate complex business data governance requirements into technical SAP MDG configurations within multi-functional teams.
Experience with large-scale SAP ERP migrations and enterprise asset management projects preferred.
Exposure to regulated industries such as energy, finance, or manufacturing, and capacity to work collaboratively in geographically dispersed teams.
