Mall Manager

Lead end-to-end operations of a 600,000 sq. ft. mixed-use property including retail, Grade-A office, F&B, and entertainment zones in Rajarhat, Kolkata.

Manage tenant relationships, facility services, financial performance including budgeting and CAM recovery, and ensure compliance with operational and statutory standards.

Drive sustainability initiatives, risk management, vendor contract governance, and team leadership to maximize asset value, customer and tenant satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate Management, or equivalent; MBA preferred.

12-18 years experience in mall management, mixed-use developments, retail real estate, commercial property management or hospitality.

Minimum 5 years managing large retail/commercial assets above 500,000 sq. ft.

On-site work location: Rajarhat, Kolkata, West Bengal.

Experienced leader capable of managing large-scale premium mixed-use developments with retail, corporate occupiers, and entertainment zones.

Strong financial acumen combined with operational excellence and stakeholder management in institutional asset owner environments.

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and implement sustainability and risk management frameworks aligned with global best practices.
