Participate in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Manage and monitor all phases of the development process including analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and user support.
Act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and coach lower-level analysts while ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of IT industry experience, with at least 4 years in application development using Ab Initio products (GDE, Express>IT, Conduct>IT, Control Centre) with backend Oracle database (SQL, PL/SQL) and Unix/Linux OS.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and experience with agile project implementation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Banking and Financial Services industry experience is recommended.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex application development and system analysis specifically using Ab Initio ETL tools with Oracle backend.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with autonomy and make evaluative judgments while managing risk in compliance-heavy environments.
Skilled communicator capable of advising senior stakeholders and mentoring junior team members within Agile development frameworks.
