Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Degree in Business, IT, or relevant field.
Previous experience in the health insurance industry is mandatory.
Experience in Agile and/or Scrum environments is required.

Experienced in translating business requirements into technical solutions within health insurance and Insurtech contexts.
Skilled in business analysis tasks such as facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, Agile setup with strong organizational skills.
