Business Analyst - Health Insurance (Fully Remote)

Collaborate with clients and technical teams to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions in the health insurance domain.

Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and design process/system modifications; create and oversee testing of business applications to ensure requirements are met.

Support project phases including QA, UAT, and release by managing defect analysis, change maintenance, and related documentation, possibly overseeing other business analysts' work.

Minimum 4 years experience as a Business Analyst.

Degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.

Experience in the health insurance industry is mandatory; insurtech experience preferred.

Experience working in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is required.

Experienced in facilitating requirements gathering, process documentation, and user acceptance testing within health insurance or similar insurtech settings.

Skilled in translating complex business needs into technical solutions with familiarity in Agile prioritization methods.

Capable of managing multiple priorities under deadlines and collaborating effectively in fully remote, international teams.
