Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience as Business Analyst.
Degree in Business, IT, or relevant field.
Prior experience in the health insurance industry is mandatory.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in health insurance domain with knowledge of Insurtech preferred.
Skilled in business analysis techniques including requirements gathering, process documentation, user acceptance testing, and Agile prioritization.
Comfortable working fully remote with ability to manage complex client interactions and technical collaboration.
