Business Analyst - Health Insurance (Fully Remote)

Identify and analyze client business problems to design and implement suitable analytical and system solutions in the health insurance domain.

Gather and document complex business requirements; develop business requirement documents and user stories for system modifications.

Support QA, UAT, and Release phases through test case creation, defect analysis, and ensuring client requirements are met, possibly overseeing other business analysts.

Minimum 4 years experience as a Business Analyst.

Degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.

Prior experience in the health insurance industry is mandatory; insurtech experience preferred.

Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environments; knowledge of business analysis practices including requirements gathering and user acceptance testing.

Experienced in handling complex business requirements and translating them into technical Agile deliverables within health insurance.

Capable of managing or coordinating other business analysts and stakeholders in a remote, international environment.

Skilled in process documentation, communication in English, and supporting end-to-end project phases from analysis to release.
