Collaborate with clients and technical teams to identify business challenges and design appropriate analytical solutions in the health insurance domain.
Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements; develop test cases and support testing to ensure client requirements are met.
Plan, allocate, and monitor work for other business analysts; assist in project time estimation, process documentation, and support QA, UAT, and Release phases.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.
Previous experience in the health insurance industry is mandatory.
Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environments is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience with insurtech platforms or digital insurance solutions, preferably in health insurance.
Familiarity with business analysis concepts including requirements gathering, technical solution translation, and Agile prioritization methods.
Ability to manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively in fully remote, international teams.
