Own full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Absence and OTL modules including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live support.
Design and customize Absence and OTL functionalities such as Absence Types, Accrual Logics, Timecard Processing, Approval Workflows, and Fast Formulas.
Provide end-user training, support, and recommend improvements based on Oracle Core HR updates to optimize system utilization.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience with certification in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, specifically Core HR, Absence, and OTL.
Experience with at least 4 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
Proven hands-on expertise in Absence and OTL module implementation including configuration and customization (Page Personalization, Fast Formulas).
Bachelor’s/Post Graduation Diploma/Master’s Degree in any field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in client-facing roles with a strong track record delivering Oracle Cloud HCM modules and business process analysis.
Deep understanding of HR business process best practices and cross-pillar dependencies within Oracle HCM.
