Create and guide application and technical design documents following Salesforce best practices, manage integrations, and resolve critical implementation issues.
Manage customer expectations, negotiate solutions, mentor junior team members, and contribute to Services Practice growth, with a focus on AI fluency and AI-native delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2+ years hands-on Salesforce delivery experience in Revenue Cloud (Advanced) or Consumer Goods Cloud.
At least 7+ years as a Lead Developer with solution design experience in mid to large-sized organizations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or related field is mandatory.
Experience with enterprise architecture (integration technologies, SSO, master data management) and both Waterfall and Agile methodologies required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong domain expertise primarily in Revenue Cloud or Consumer Goods Cloud and experienced in enterprise-level solution design.
Ability to independently lead technical work streams, manage risk and client negotiations, and mentor junior staff.
Comfortable working with AI tools and acquiring multiple Salesforce certifications quickly (within first 3 months).
