Execute end-to-end software sourcing events including RFx activities for software, SaaS, and cloud procurement globally.
Lead commercial negotiations, contract drafting, and risk management in partnership with legal, ensuring compliance with data protection and corporate standards.
Collaborate with internal IT, procurement, and business stakeholders to forecast demand, manage vendor performance, and drive cost optimization and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
6–8 years of experience in IT procurement and software sourcing with hands-on knowledge of software licensing, SaaS, and cloud contracts.
3–4 years experience in a global, centralized, or matrixed procurement environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT/Engineering, or Business discipline; MBA and relevant certifications (PMP, CPSM, CSCP) preferred.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid in Bengaluru (3 days per week in-office).

Proficient in commercial contract negotiation and risk management with a solid understanding of legal terms and data protection agreements.
