Designs, develops, tests and deploys rapid changes to data pipelines, AI agents, and interfaces, maintaining alignment with governance and control frameworks.
Partners with business and tech teams to incorporate user feedback into continuous AI agent improvements and ensure compliance with risk management controls.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science or related field.
5+ years hands-on experience with Azure Web applications, Azure AI solutions, and related technologies (Databricks, ADF, WebApps, etc).
Strong Python skills with experience in AI frameworks, FastAPI, Kong, Pydantic, Spark, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid data engineering skills including SQL, views, blob storage, and experience with GitHub, JSON, YAML, and Azure deployment processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in integrating AI solutions within regulated environments requiring strict adherence to risk and master control frameworks.
Proficient in translating business needs into technical deliverables with a focus on AI agent usability, governance, and continuous improvement.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with business and technology teams to drive AI maintenance, observability, and service reliability.
