Own the technical architecture, design, and delivery of Salesforce solutions spanning lead, account, contact, opportunity, partner, and revenue workflows.
Develop, integrate, and maintain custom Salesforce functionality and integrations ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
Lead engineering standards, technical reviews, mentoring, deployment planning, CI/CD practices, and production support for Salesforce and revenue systems.
Minimum Requirements
7–10+ years of Salesforce development experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce APIs, REST and SOAP integrations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Location requirement: Hybrid role with 4 days a week onsite in Bengaluru office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and troubleshooting complex Salesforce integrations and architecture including data modeling, security, automation, and performance optimization.
Proven technical leader skilled in conducting architecture and code reviews, setting engineering standards, mentoring, and driving scalable solutions across cross-functional teams.
Comfortable with production incident management, root-cause analysis, CI/CD practices, and translating business requirements into technical solutions within revenue and sales operations context.
