Independence Operations Associate 2

Manage and maintain the Firm’s independence systems such as the entity management system (EMS), conflicts of interest tools, and personal independence tools.

Support independence search procedures and deliver summary reports to engagement teams to assist in managing Firm risk.

Provide procedural support and communication to engagement teams regarding independence and conflict check requirements, ensuring timely action and operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred) or other business degree.

2+ years experience in a support or customer service role (required).

Experience working with international teams (required).

Experience with enterprise workflow or data management systems preferred but not mandatory.

Experienced in managing or supporting risk, compliance, or operational systems within a professional services environment.

Capable of conducting detailed research, summarizing findings, and communicating effectively across diverse and international teams.

Organized and adaptable with a strong attention to process improvement and ability to handle confidential information carefully.
