Data Scientist 2

Lead advanced analytics projects to generate actionable business insights through developing and improving high complexity predictive, diagnostic, and prescriptive models.

Set and drive accuracy targets and improvement roadmaps for analytical models to enhance reliability and business impact.

Translate data into intelligence by building algorithms, conducting large-scale experiments, and developing visualization and reporting tools for effective decision-making.

Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline, or demonstrated competence.

Work Experience Required: Typically 2-4 years in data analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, or related field, or advanced degree with limited/no experience.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and familiarity with big data tools like Apache Spark and AWS.

Must have skills in predictive modeling, statistics, machine learning, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.

Experienced in applying complex statistical, machine learning, and AI models to solve business problems with measurable impact.

Strong technical expertise in programming and big data environments, capable of independently developing data-driven solutions and model enhancements.

Able to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical teams and senior business leaders, supporting informed decision-making.
