Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or a technology-related field required.
5-7 years IT experience with concurrent 5-7 years ERP experience, including SAP Variant Configuration expertise.
1-2 years experience managing material master, routings, and change masters; familiarity with SAP Fiori.
Position based in Bangalore; 5-day workweek with shift timing 01:00-10:00 PM IST; onsite work required; visa sponsorship not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing engineering domain with Variant Configuration SAP knowledge.
Ability to align solution design with enterprise architecture and P2P roadmaps, indicating strategic and governance mindset.
Capable of providing technical advisory and troubleshooting at expert level, with experience driving technology adoption and process improvements.
