Strong technical expertise in hardware, software, networks, security, server environments (Linux & Windows Server 2016 R2, 2019+, Windows 10/11 client OS).
Experience supporting international projects remotely and knowledge of IT Infrastructure architecture at architect level.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrates architect-level understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and their interdependencies.
Experienced in 24x7 mission-critical support environments with strong case management and communication skills.
Familiar with virtualization (VMware VCP preferred), container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker), and ITIL concepts, with certifications like MCSA, RHCSA, VCP as a plus.
