Manage General Ledger month-end close activities including cash posting, reclassifications, accruals, and variance analysis versus budgets.
Prepare timely monthly financial statements with supporting schedules and ensure on-time submission for review.
Handle cash management, bank reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, and coordinate year-end audit preparations for assigned real estate portfolios.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience in operational/general ledger accounting and finance including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet analysis.
Commerce graduate required; post-graduate preferred.
Experience with real estate accounting is a plus but not mandatory.
Onsite location: Hyderabad, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong finance background with solid knowledge of accounting principles relevant to real estate portfolios.
Experience working with US clients and managing stakeholder communications effectively.
Skilled in operating within established procedures with moderate supervision and able to make sound decisions on routine issues.
