Drive and manage health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) programs to ensure a risk-free workplace and compliance with yearly signoffs.
Lead site-level EHS initiatives including training teams and vendors on safety protocols, and monitor program rollout especially at remote locations.
Collaborate with facilities, safety managers, personnel, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to EHS standards and continuous improvement opportunities are implemented.
Minimum Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience specifically in construction safety.
Safety license holder mandatory for conducting safety trainings.
In-depth knowledge of international and local state/central government EHS standards and regulations.
Location requirement: On-site position in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Experienced in handling executive-level responsibilities in EHS with strong technical know-how and program management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks across diverse sites including remote locations with strong monitoring capability.
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders and drive client-centric safety service delivery.
