Senior Principal SW Engineer

Develop and lead organization-wide software architectures and strategies across multiple platforms within the Global Business Unit.

Identify, evaluate, and recommend new technologies and outsourced development partnerships aligning with technology roadmap and business value.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guide design and development compliance, and contribute innovations including patents and external thought leadership.

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Typically 15+ years of experience, including architecting, designing, and developing innovative software system design tools and languages.

Experience leading overall architecture of software systems across multiple platform types, with strong testing and debugging methodologies.

Work Location: Hybrid with average 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.

Experienced in creating scalable, efficient software system architectures integrated across diverse platforms and organizations within large enterprises.

Demonstrated history of innovation with multiple patents or deployed solutions in software design domains, influencing executive-level decisions.

Skilled communicator able to effectively convey complex architectural concepts and influence at business unit and executive levels.
