Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Typically 15+ years of experience in software systems design and development.
Experience in designing and integrating software systems across multiple platforms; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hybrid work model requiring approximately 2 days per week onsite at an HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Recognized internal authority with a history of innovation including multiple patents or deployed solutions in software design.
Proven ability to communicate complex product architectures and design proposals effectively to business unit and executive leadership.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and mentoring less experienced staff within large global organizations.
