Own end-to-end development and design of data path modules for HPE Alletra Storage MP X10000 in object storage product development.
Identify, evaluate, and integrate new technologies and outsourced development aligned with the technology roadmap to enhance product quality and innovation.
Review and ensure compliance with design standards and coding practices, driving best engineering practices and operational excellence at team and organizational levels.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
6+ years of product development experience in storage/system engineering, specifically with object/file/cloud storage technologies related to modern AI use-cases.
Strong C/C++ programming skills with deep knowledge of operating system internals and multi-threaded programming, including debugging in clustered environments.
Work mode: Hybrid with approx. 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in early-stage V1 product delivery within modern storage domains, able to set and enforce performance and engineering standards.
Skilled in software systems architecture and integration across multiple platforms, with a history of innovation demonstrated by patents or deployed solutions.
Capable of influencing design decisions at business unit and executive levels with strong domain expertise in distributed systems, clustering, QoS, replication, or storage protocols.
