Own architecture and innovation for software systems design across multiple platforms within HPE Hybrid Cloud business unit.

Lead end-to-end development and integration of next-generation cloud storage products focusing on object storage and modern AI use cases.

Coach and mentor engineering teams, drive best practices, and influence executive and external partner decisions to ensure product quality and alignment with technology roadmap.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

15+ years experience in product development with focus on storage/system engineering.

Strong expertise in system programming with C/C++, data structures, algorithms, multi-threaded programming, and OS internals.

Proven track record delivering version 1 or early-stage products in modern storage technologies (object/file/cloud storage).

Experienced leader capable of guiding large complex software architectures for storage and cloud platforms, including distributed systems and clustering.

Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve bottlenecks in data-path intensive modules with deep domain expertise in storage protocols and performance optimization.

Proven influence at executive level and ability to manage relationships with outsourced development partners and cross-functional teams.
