Lead strategy, planning, execution, and governance of end-to-end IBOR Data Conversion within Alpha Global Conversion Practice during large-scale client-facing transformations.
Manage data analysis, data conversion lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, client acceptance, testing, and deployment.
Oversee resolution of data discrepancies, coordinate with business leads and clients for training, feedback, and ensure conversion deliveries meet project milestones.
Minimum Requirements
12 to 18 years total industry experience with at least 9 years in financial services, preferably Investment or Asset Management.
Strong expertise in Capital Markets including Middle, Back, and Front Office, with good knowledge of Securities, Loans, IBOR/ABOR, Transaction Management.
Experience managing teams of 10-20 members to meet onboarding and project goals.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology; proficiency in MS Office tools and project management software.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader comfortable working in high-paced, deadline-driven environments within Capital Markets transformations.
Strong domain knowledge of IBOR/ABOR platforms and operational workflows, including hands-on exposure to platforms like Eagle, Eagle Star, PAM, Portia, and CRD.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with excellent internal and external client communication skills.
