Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), XSLT, XML, and XPath.
Experience integrating Workday with ATS, Payroll, Financials, Time & Absence, or comparable third-party systems.
Work Experience Required: Approximately 4-5 years relevant experience. No explicit mention of mandatory degree or notice period.

Experienced in Workday integration and reporting within complex, multi-module HR environments supporting global and local business needs.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in Agile/Kanban delivery environments with strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Able to maintain compliance and governance (e.g., SOX) and manage change control documentation effectively.
