Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst (SAP Finance / CFIN)

Design, execute, and lead complex testing activities for SAP Finance and Central Finance (CFIN) including end-to-end finance business processes and data reconciliation.

Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, manage test planning, resource allocation, and risk management across multiple testing phases including SIT, E2E, regression, UAT, and cutover.

Lead quality assurance governance including establishing quality gates, defect root cause analysis, QA process improvements, mentoring junior team members, and providing status reporting to leadership.

7 to 9 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance, specifically with SAP Finance and Central Finance (CFIN).

Strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance modules including FI, CO, S/4HANA Finance, and Central Finance components like Universal Journal (ACDOCA), SLT replication, and AIF monitoring.

Proven experience with test strategy, planning, defect management, and use of tools like SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, and preferably automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca or Selenium framework.

Candidates must be willing to participate in onsite interviews at Wolters Kluwer offices as part of the recruitment process.

Experienced in leading full lifecycle SAP Finance and Central Finance testing programs including integration, regression, and user acceptance testing under strict quality and governance frameworks.

Skilled in both technical and functional aspects of SAP Finance systems testing, with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and mentor junior QA members.

Capable of driving QA process improvements and handling complex defect analysis and root cause investigation aligned with business financial processes.
