Senior Business Systems Analyst (AI / Data Products)

Lead business analysis for AI, data, and analytics solutions addressing complex business problems and enhancing decision-making.

Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for scalable, production-ready AI/data products integrated into enterprise applications and workflows.

Ensure alignment of requirements with enterprise architecture, data governance, and responsible AI practices, and support solution lifecycle including testing and adoption.

8-12 years related experience or Master’s with 6+ years in data, analytics, AI/ML initiatives within enterprise environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Working knowledge of machine learning concepts, data pipelines, APIs, and system integrations.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum product delivery lifecycles.

Experienced in driving AI/ML and Generative AI use case discovery and translating complex data problems into business requirements.

Capable of collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders including data scientists, AI engineers, and governance teams.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Databricks, enterprise analytics tools, and familiarity with AI governance principles.
