Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of experience testing Salesforce platforms, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, and Workflows.
Must have expertise in Salesforce Chatbot and Omni-Channel testing.
Practical knowledge or strong theoretical understanding of Playwright automation; familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
Proficient in API testing using tools like Postman or JMeter; expert knowledge of Jira and SOQL required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling both manual and automated testing in a complex enterprise Salesforce environment with integrations.
Comfortable working closely with developers and TPMs in Agile settings including sprint planning and stand-ups.
Strong analytical skills demonstrated by ability to convert business requirements into comprehensive test strategies and validate data across systems.
