Lead standardization and technical governance for automation and control systems, ensuring project scope definition, compliance, and effective handover across engineering sub-verticals.
Drive internal quality initiatives including root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and continuous improvement to enhance machine reliability and reduce quality issues.
Own validation, testing, and compliance activities including POC execution, FAT support, and ensuring adherence to international standards (CE, UL, NR12, 21 CFR).
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
14 - 17 years of relevant experience in automation & control or related fields.
Experience in standardization, quality management, validation/testing protocols, and compliance with international machine safety and regulatory standards.
Location: Talegaon, India (implied onsite requirement)

Experienced leader capable of managing complex engineering standardization and quality assurance projects across cross-functional teams.
Proven expertise in executing technical governance and compliance within Automation & Control engineering domains covering software, hardware, and industrial automation standards.
Strong operational focus on continuous improvement, root cause analysis, engineering process optimization, and digitalization initiatives including IIoT and Industry 4.0 implementations.
