Staff Engineer - AI

Own end-to-end design, development, and delivery of AI agentic systems integrating graphs, tools, and servers from prototype through production and iteration.

Develop, maintain, and improve evaluation and regression testing suites to measure and ensure agent performance, identifying and fixing failures at a granular level.

Collaborate directly with domain experts to translate real user questions into capabilities, debug issues from traces, and automate development workflows.

Proven experience building and shipping agentic AI systems used by real users.

Strong proficiency in Python, ability to quickly work in unfamiliar codebases.

Experience running agentic workloads on major cloud platforms.

Location requirement: Bangalore, India.

Experienced in context management, prompt engineering, plan generation, structured outputs, and agent tool design within AI models.

Comfortable working in small, cross-functional pods alongside architects and domain experts delivering production AI solutions.

Able to communicate clearly under pressure and demonstrate initiative by delivering self-directed work without supervision.
