Minimum Requirements
4–5 years demonstrated experience in Workday integration development.
Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs), XSLT, XML, and XPath.
Experience with Workday payroll/benefits integration patterns including PECI and PICOF.
Work Experience Required: Approximately 4–5 years relevant experience or equivalent demonstrated capability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in Workday HCM integrations and reporting including complex payroll and benefits interfaces.
Experience working in Agile or Kanban delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
Strong technical skills with a focus on Workday configuration, integration design, troubleshooting, and compliance.
