About This Role
- Own end-to-end support of BY WMS (Warehouse Management System) products for global customers, addressing functional issues and driving timely resolutions within SLAs.
- Maintain and replicate customer environments, document recurring issues, create knowledge articles, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders globally.
- Mentor junior support engineers and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance system robustness and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, STEM preferred.
- 1.5 to 3 years of experience in Application Support and Implementation, ideally supporting BY WMS.
- Strong experience with BY WMS web application including configuration, troubleshooting, and understanding of application architecture.
- Experience supporting enterprise cloud solutions on Azure, microservices-based architecture, and multi-tenant SaaS solutions.

- Has practical experience in supporting warehouse management or supply chain domain software in cloud-native microservices environments.
- Operates effectively across global teams and customer stakeholders with a focus on balancing complexity and supportability.
