Build and operate resilient backend services and APIs integrating AI/LLM capabilities with enterprise workflows including robust guardrails and auditability.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on software engineering experience delivering production systems.
Strong backend development skills in Java and/or Python, with distributed systems and API contract management experience.
Familiarity with cloud-native development (AWS), CI/CD, release automation, and production readiness practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience integrating AI/LLM functionality into enterprise applications with guardrails, monitoring, and observability.
Familiarity with vector search/embedding techniques, retrieval-enabled architectures (RAG), and operational reliability (SRE-style practices).
Comfortable working with stakeholders across business, operations, risk, and technology to translate complex requirements into scalable, auditable solutions.
